2. I’ll design a custom training plan that fits into your actual life. Balancing work, hobbies, and rest.

3. We’ll stay connected through regular check-ins and data analysis to ensure you’re progressing with a smile.

What happens next?
 

Once you hit send, here is the plan:

  1. Response: I will personally reach out via email within 48 hours.

  2. Intake: We’ll schedule a free 30-minute video call to get to know each other.

  3. Decision: No pressure. If it feels like the right match, we’ll get you set up in the training app and start your first week!"
